DRAFT RESOLUTION BY LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL

Resolved that a gratuity of $834 and an annual allowance

of $250.20 be paid to TSANG LIN, that the commencement of the

first annual period be the third day of April, 1949, and that

this allowance be subject to the same conditions as an annual

allowance granted under the Pensions Ordinance, 1949.
